Terms of Service

This agreement is entered into between the artist and the client for the purpose of commissioning custom artwork. By commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below

  • The commissioned work is for personal use ONLY, commercial reproduction for profit is prohibited

  • PLEASE have a description of the desired artwork, including specifications such as size, style, and any specific elements or themes; the more detailed the better.

  • 50% of the commission price must be provided as initial payment before I begin on the commission

  • If you decide to cancel the commission before completion, the initial deposit is non-refundable; HOWEVER, if I am unable to complete the commission, I will provide a full refund.

  • Full payment must be provided before I deliver the final, high-resolution version of the artwork. (I can send through any of the social media I had listed).

  • Cost of shipping (if applicable) will be borne by you

  • I will provide periodic updates on the work in progress for any feedback and reasonable revisions.

  • DO NOT claim my artwork as yours

  • I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to post and use them as samples

  • Please link/credit at least one of my social media accounts if you use the commission as an icon/header or when posting online.

Procedure

Process

  1. Fill up the form below and

  2. I will contact you through your preferred medium for payment details

  3. I will send an invoice through Request Payment by Email (PayPal) or Request Money by Contact Number (GCash); Provide the necessary details for payment [Cash payments are done through a middleman and ONLY if I know you IRL or through IRL mutuals]

  4. I will start working on the commission after initial payment is made

  5. Periodic updates will be provided for any requested revisions

  6. Give me 3 days – 2 weeks to complete the commission (depending on my schedule)

  7. The final commission will be sent through your preferred medium (i.e. IG/Twitter/Discord/E-mail)

  8. Files can be sent as PNG/JPG/PDF

Payment

  • Pay 50% of the commission price as initial payment

  • Full payment must be provided before I deliver the final artwork

  • Payment methods: PayPal, GCash (PH), Cash (PH)

Commission Info

  1. Solid background/minimal pattern/transparent

  2. Prices remain the same regardless of the size (size limit for prints is A4)

  3. Sticker sheets will have different prices; please DM for details (PH ONLY)

  4. Stickers require a minimum order of 6 pieces and will have additional price depending on the choice (PH ONLY):

  • Matte/Glossy sticker paper: +P20

  • Waterproof Matte/Glossy sticker paper: +P40

  • Offset cut: +P30

  • Square cut: no additional

  • Laminate: +P20
